9D7N Breathtaking Nepal

Day 1 Singapore - Kathmandu

• Assemble at Singapore Airport and depart to Kathmandu, Nepal

• Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and rest for the day

• Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner in a Nepalese restaurant with a cultural performance

Day 2 Kathmandu

• Visit one of the oldest temples in the valley, Swayambhunath Temple

• Visit one of the largest Buddhist monuments in the world, Boudhanath and

  also spend some time exploring the shops around the area

• Visit one of the holiest Hindu temples in Nepal, Pashupatinath Temple

• Drive to visit the ancient city of Patan and stroll through the Durbar Square,

  witnessing the art of making statues and wood carving

Day 3 Kathmandu - Chitwan

• After breakfast, travel south through the foothills of Himalaya to Chitwan

  National Park (estimation – 5-6 hours of driving)

• Visit a local Tharu Village, home to the indigenous people of the Terai

• Check in to resort and enjoy beautiful view of the river, watch the wildlife

  and nature

• Evening time, enjoy a short presentation of the flora and fauna of Chitwan

  National Park. Thereafter, there will have a cultural show follow by dinner

Day 4 Chitwan

• Enjoy a full day in Chitwan National Park, first, visit the Crocodile

  Conservation Center, an initiative taken to preserve and protect the

  endangered crocodiles of the park

• Next, go for a boat ride on a traditional Patella boat ride down the

  Rapati River

• After lunch, enjoy a elephant safari through the wilderness and

  experience the thrill of observing the wild animals and if you are lucky,

  you may even see Royal Bengal Tiger

Day 5 Chitwan - Pokhara

• Leisure drive up Northwest to Nepal’s second largest city, Pokhara

• Stroll through the lakeside area and hop onto an hour-long boat ride

  on the Phewa Lake

• Make a quick stop at Taal Barahi Temple (located in the middle of the

  lake)

Day 6 Pokhara

• Early morning, go on an excursion trip to Sarangkot, a perfect opportunity

  to watch the sun rise and view the beautiful Himalaya Mountain (weather

  permitting)

• Enjoy stunning view at World Peace Pagoda (Shanti Stupa) and overlook

  the city on the top of Ananda Hill

• Trek down to the lakeshore and return by boat and spend some time

  walking along the lakeside

• Visit the Bindhyabasini Temple, Devi’s Fall, Gupteswor Cave, the Old

  Pokhara Bazaar and the Tibetan Refugee Settlement (if time permits)

Day 7 Pokhara - Kathmandu

• Have an early breakfast before heading back to Kathmandu

• Make a stop at Bhaktapur, the largest of the 3 ancient Newari Kingdoms

  founded in the Kathmandu Valley.

• Visit the Bhaktapur's Durbar Square where you can witness the

  magnificent 55 window palace, surrounded by pagodas and shikhara style

  temples

• Continue to Taumadhi Square, also known as Pottery Square, home to

  the 5 storied Nyatapola Temple

Day 8 Kathmandu - Singapore

• Enjoy some free time

• Proceed to the airport for check-in on your pleasant flight to Singapore.
