DAY 1 – SINGAPORE – FUKUOKA (TRANSIT MAY BE REQUIRED)

Check in at Singapore Changi International Airport for your flight to Fukuoka Airport.

DAY 2 – FUKUOKA – SAGA

• Yoshinogari Historical Park
The settlements unearthed at Yoshinogari are believed to have been some of the largest moat encircled villages of their time and are speculated to have been the seat of one of the earliest forms of state government found in Japan.
• Arita Porcelain Park
The main attraction is a full-size reconstruction of Germany’s Zwinger Palace, a spectacular example of German baroque architecture of the early 18th century.
• Yutoku Inari Shrine
It is considered one of Japan’s top three shrines dedicated to Inari alongside Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto and Toyokawa Inari Shrine in Aichi Prefecture.

DAY 3 – SAGA – KUMAMOTO

• Unzen Osen Street
Unzen Onsen is a hot spring resort town near the peak of Mount Unzen. The resort is surrounded on several sides by hot spring fields.
• Sakuranobaba Josaien
This area re-creates the bustling atmosphere of a seventeenth-century castle town, and is a great place to experience the food, culture, and history of Kumamoto.
• Suizenji Garden
Suizenji Garden is a spacious, Japanese style landscape garden in Kumamoto, best enjoyed by strolling along a circular path. It was built by the Hosokawa family in the 17th century.

DAY 4 – KUMAMOTO – IBUSUKI

• Sengan-en Garden
Sengan-en is a traditional garden and stately home in Kagoshima built by the 19th head of the Shimadzu family, Mitsuhisa, in 1658.
• Shiroyama Park Observatory
The observatory located at the end of the promenade is a magnificent photo spot overlooking Mt. Sakurajima and Kinko Bay.
• Flowing Somen Experience
An experience most commonly found during summer, nagashi somen sees noodles flowing in cold water as you attempt to catch them before they zoom past.
• Black Sand Onsen
Ibusuki’s hot steam sand baths use hot spring water welling up under the beach to warm the bodies of bathers buried in the sand to the very core.

DAY 5 – IBUSUKI – SAKURAJIMA – MIYAZAKI

• Sakurajima Foot Bath
A foot bath 100 meters long located inside Sakurajima Yogan Nagisa Park in Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is one of the largest foot baths in Japan.
• Arimura Lava Observatory
From here there is a clear view of impressive Sakurajima, the world famous active volcano, and Kinko Bay.
• Black Vinegar Factory
Sakamoto Kurozu Tsubobatake, founded in the 1800s, is one of Kagoshima’s most famous black vinegar producers. While you get to know the traditional ways of making black vinegar, take some good photos of rows of black vinegar pots lying on a vast grass field
• Udo Shrine
This brightly painted shrine is set in a cave on the side of a cliff overlooking the ocean and so enjoys a spectacular view.
• Sun Messe Nichinan
This is a park symbolized by seven moai statues restored with permission from Easter Island – a unique sight in the world.

DAY 6 – MIYAZAKI – OITA

• Takachiho Gorge & Amanoiwato Shrine
In the forest of Miyazaki, the Gokase River runs through a gorge comprised of volcanic basalt columns where the 17-meter high Minainotaki Waterfall pours down on the awe-struck tourists below who are paddling the iconic rowboats through the narrow chasm.
• Yufuin Floral Village & Kinrin Lake
Yufuin is a small town but surprisingly this Floral village brings back childhood memories of our favorite jap cartoons.
• Hell Valley (Blood and Sea Geysers only)
Beppu is especially famous for its “hells,” (jigoku), hot springs that reach over 100 degrees Celsius. Visit the Blood and Sea Geysers.

DAY 7 – OITA – KITAKYUSHU – FUKUOKA

• Karato Market
At this lively market in Yamaguchi , local fishermen sell their freshly caught fish at very reasonable prices.
• Mojiko Retro
The Mojiko is also known as the Retro Historic District, a charming port town along the Kanmon Strait.
• Kokura Castle
Kokura Castle was built in 1602 at the beginning of the Edo Period.
• Kitakyushu Museum of Natural & Human History
The museum’s main theme is “The Journey of Life,” and it presents the evolution of life on Earth alongside exhibits on human history.

DAY 8 – FUKUOKA

• Dazaifu Tenmangu
Dazaifu Tenman-gū is a Shinto shrine in Dazaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
• Kirin Beer Fukuoka Factory (Include beer tasting)
Kirin Beer Farm is a restaurant in the factory and it serves various kinds of delicious gourmet foods which match well with beer.
• Canal City
Called the “city within the city,” it boasts numerous attractions including shops; cafes; restaurants; a theater; game center; cinemas; two hotels; and a canal, which runs through the complex.
• Tenjin Underground Street
This is the largest underground shopping area in Kyushu, built underground of Tenjin, stretching for 590 meters from the north to south of the downtown area
• Yatai Street Food
Yatai street food stalls come alive after sunset across Fukuoka and are typically in service from 6 pm to 2 am.

DAY 9 – FUKUOKA – SINGAPORE
