• 90 Minutes Before departure time Assemble at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Collect your boarding pass based on confirmation ferry operator. Embark on the high-speed air-conditioned ferry to Batam. (Please refer to the Ferry Time Under the Booking Information).

• Upon arrival at Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal and after immigration and custom clearance, you will be
