ITINERARY

Day 1: An adventure awaits in the Land of the Rising Sun! Get onboard your flight.

Day 2: Upon arrival to Tokyo, your first stop would be Asakusa. See the famed bright-red Kaminarimon over at Asakusa, walk through the Nakamise area where various retro shops sell delicious street food & omiyage.

Next to the busy streets of Asakusa, you can relax your feet at Sumida Park. Here, spot the futuristic Tokyo Skytree in the midst of the low buildings.

Of course, we did not forget about shopping! Head over to Shibuya, the trendiest neighborhood in Tokyo. If you aren't into shopping, simply get a drink in one of the cafes and people-watch at the busiest Shibuya Crossing!

End off your day with an immersive experience at: teamLab Planets Tokyo, be intrigued by the various artwork spaces combining nature with technology.

Day 3: This morning, explore the city of Tokyo during free time on your own!

Alternatively, you might want to hop on our one-way transfer to Tokyo Disneyland / Disneysea for some theme park fun!

Day 4: After breakfast, we will transfer to Yamanashi prefecture, where Japan's symbol - Mt Fuji is located.

Stop by a local farm for some hands-on experience - Fruits Picking and tasting the freshest produce for the fruits in season, likely to be Cherries.

After our stomachs are filled, we will move to the Mt Fuji 5th Station, the start of the Mt Fuji climbing trail. This place would be bustling with activity during climbing seasons.

Lastly, we will take a ride up the Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway and be rewarded with spectacular views for both adults & kids!

Day 5: Today, we will be touring Oshino Hakkai, which got its name from the eight ponds around the area. From here, you will be able to slow down and take in the amazing scenery with Mt Fuji in the background.

En route to Matsumoto, stop by the Daio Wasabi Farm. Learn about how the mind-blowing Wasabi is cultivated at the largest commercial wasabi farm in the world.

Lastly, take a picture with Matsumoto Castle, a black moated castle giving off a different feeling from the usual ones.

Day 6: Stop by the Ishii Miso Factory to learn about the widely used ingredient in Japanese dishes called "miso".

As we travel along to Takayama, Shinhotaka Ropeway is not to be missed. You can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Northern Japan Alps here!

Before the day ends, visit Takayama Shrine which is located in the heart of Takayama. Known for its gorgeous red-coloured bridge leading to the entrance & traditional architecture.

Day 7: Today's agenda - tour one of Japan's most well-regarded traditional gardens, Kenrokuen Garden. This place is a epitome of tranquility, beauty & historical signifiance, offering a glimpse into traditional Japanese garden design.

Another must-visit place, Higashi Chaya District has been well-preserved since the Edo period, characterised by wooden buildings, narrow streets and traditional tea houses!

Display your painting skills during the Maneki Neko painting workshop, bring home your very own "lucky cat".

Day 8: Our itinerary today brings us to the ancient city of Japan which is loved by many, none other than Kyoto.

Here, explore the Kiyomizu-dera Temple, an iconic Buddhist Temple located in eastern Kyoto, Japan. The wooden stage which offers panoramic views of Kyoto city, is especially famous.

Following which, head over to another icon of Japan, Fushimi Inari Taisha, widely known for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates forming a network of trails behind its main buildings.

Day 9: Our last full day in Japan brings us to Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, a naturally forming attraction known for its enchanting bamboo forest, creating an unique & visually stunning environment

Next, explore the Kyoto Railway Museum, dedicated to the history & development of railways. This will be an interesting learning experience for both adults and children alike.

Finally, we shall go to Shinsaibashi-Dotonbori area for some last minute shopping before leaving for your flight back to Tokyo!

Day 10: Transit at Tokyo for flight back to Singapore!
