Eligibility

• Children aged 2+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Booking Restriction

• Each cabin must have at least one passenger who is 18 years old and above
• Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the Cruise will be refused permission to board the Vessel and the Carrier shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequences of such refusal
• Only Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long term pass holder residing in Singapore are able to sail
• Long term pass holder must present their Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Visit Pass or Work Permit/Employment Pass together with their passport for check-in
• Please check validity of all passes including re-entry permit is valid before sail
• Passage for pregnant women will be permitted before their 24th week of pregnancy with a fit to sail letter from their doctor
• Important: If you have diabetes, dialysis patients who need to bring their own injections or special drugs such as peritoneal dialysis, and those with other chronic diseases such as heart disease, please fill in the remarks column when registering. Please provide an English version of the doctor’s diagnosis certificate, the quantity of medicines you are carrying, and you need to fill in the Dream Cruise’s disease report for assessment before your confirmation of onboarding the cruise

• All guests will undergo temperature screening and submit a health questionnaire at the cruise terminal
• Guests with fever or showing acute respiratory symptoms may be denied boarding and may be required to undergo a medical assessment at the cruise terminal
• All guests will be required to undergo COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at the cruise terminal. Please take note of the last COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) time and guests will be denied boarding if they are not able to get tested
