ITINERARY
DAY 1 – SINGAPORE – HANEDA/NARITA – FUKUOKA (Meal On Board)
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Fukuoka via Haneda/Narita, a vibrant yet compact city in western Japan and the gateway to Kyushu for many travellers.
DAY 2 – FUKUOKA – OITA (Chicken Sukiyaki Set Lunch/6-course Kaiseki Dinner)
Kick start your journey with a refreshing walk across Kokonoe “Yume” Otsurihashi suspension bridge to take in sights of the surrounds that offers a bird’s eye view of unspoilt nature’s splendour. Then, head to Kitsuki Castle Town to visit rustic samurai houses. This evening, pamper yourself with a traditional hot spring bath at an onsen resort in Beppu.

DAY 3 – OITA – YUFUIN – MT ASO (Breakfast / Lunch / Buffet Dinner)
After breakfast, visit Umi Jigoku, a pond of boiling blue water. Not quite Dante’s inferno, but one that will leave an impression nonetheless. Then, experience a hot sand bath in Beppu known for its healing properties. After that, head to Lake Kinrin where both cold and hot springs coexist before visiting Yufuin Floral Village. Soak up the old England atmosphere at this quaint village decorated with gorgeous flowers and surrounded by lush rolling hills and mountains. Browse Yufuin Shopping Street afterwards for unique local products at the shops, cafes and museums along the main street.

DAY 4 – Mt ASO – BEPPU – KUMAMOTO (Breakfast/Lunch)
Today, visit Takachiho Gorge. The nearly sheer cliffs lining the gorge are made of slow-forming volcacic basalt columns which resemble the scales of a dragon where the stone twisted and flowed as it formed. Partway along the gorge, you will see the gorgeous 17-meter-high Manai Falls cascading down to the rivew below. Stroll along the trails to admire the waterfall against a backdrop of dense green foliage and surrounding fliffs. Then, A jaunt to the city’s foremost attraction, Kumamoto Castle, which is required – deservingly so – as one of the 3 most famous castles in Japan. In the late afternoon, navigate the streets of Kamitori and Shimotori, major shopping belts in downtown Kumamoto and flex those credit cards.

DAY 5 – KUMAMOTO – UNZEN – NAGASAKI (Breakfast/Lunch/Buffet Dinner)
This morning, take a ferry ride to Unzen and enjoy a foot spa therapy at Hot Foot 105, Japan’s one of the largest foot spa facility featuring different types of steamers, water cooling stones. Next, proceed to visit Nagasaki Peace park, which commemorates the atomic explosion on 9th August 1945 that contributed to the end of the Pacific War. Within the park, you will find Peace Statue and Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, the latter housing preserved evidence of the atomic blast. Tonight, ascend the 333-metre high Mt Inasa and enjoy an aerial perspective of the spectacular night views of Nagasaki.

DAY 6 – NAGASAKI– FUKUOKA (Breakfast/Ramen Dinner)
After breakfast, make a stop at Glover Garden and then proceed for a shopping spree awaits at Tosu Premium Outlets, where you will be spoilt for choice with the various domestic and foreign brands available. Next, proceed to Daizaifu Tenmangu, a famous shrine enveloped with 6,000 plum trees. Embark on a shopping spree at the shopping and entertainment hotspot Canal City Hakata, creatively designed with vivid colours galore. This complex is a miniaturised city within a city, with everything from a movie theatre and amusement park to restaurants and shops.

DAY 7 – FUKUOKA (Breakfast/Shabu Shabu Lunch)
Take a morning visit Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, a family-oriented public park with flower gardens, playgrounds, sports fields, a water park and a zoo where one can enjoy up-close interacting with animals such as the iconic Guinea pig. Here is also a sakura viewing with 2000 cherry trees in blossom during spring time. End the day with a shopping journey at Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall, which is conveniently connected to 20 nearby buildings and shopping zones. With over 100 outlets combined selling international brands, trendy items, and many more, you will definitely bag home a handful of local products!
